Our GS50/GS51 series flail mulchers have been specially developed for operation on tractors and towing vehicles as well as for municipal tractors with 18 to 90 hp. The transmission of the GS50, which is suitable for front and rear mounting, has a freewheel and through drive for 540 and 1000 rpm. The AT rotary hammers combined with the standard fine mulching profiles and the round housing ensure the best possible defibration of the mulch material and thus faster decomposition.
Depending on the working width, an area treatment efficiency of up to 22,000 sqm/h can be reached, and in combination with a GS51P side boom even up to 42,000 sqm/h.
The machines in the GS50 range are tested in accordance with the stone impact/thrown object test standards in accordance with DIN EN 13524 and ISO 17101-2.

Vibration-free operation due to quality rotor
The electronically finely balanced rotor made of precision seamless drawn steel tubing ensures vibration-free running. The rotor is equipped with a 1080 g hammer flail which ensures an outstanding cutting pattern.
Perfect material flow without turbulence and lumps
The round housing shape and high rotor speed enable the shredded material to be deposited loosely behind the rear roller at high throwing speed across the entire working width – even when the grass is wet. This prevents rotting and encourages the mulching process. It thus has a positive effect on the water balance of the soil.
Self-cleaning professional rear roller with high-tech slide bearing
The self-cleaning rear roller is designed to prevent material build-up and sticking to the roller. It is also height adjustable and rounded to protect the soil. Equipped with maintenance-free bearings, the GS50 is also suitable for continuous operation.
