The flail mowers in the GS33 range fulfil the requirements of municipalities, service providers and GaLaBau for a clean cutting pattern and quicker mulching of the cut material excellently. They are used in private green areas and parks, paddocks, flower and eco meadows, campsites and verges of hiking trails, dirt tracks and cycle paths. The GS33 is particularly suitable for operation with compact and municipal tractors, other compact towing vehicles and large area mowers.
The GS33 flail mower meets the stone impact/thrown object test standards in accordance with DIN EN 13524 and ISO 17101-2.
Depending on the working width, an area treatment efficiency of up to 15,000 sqm/h can be reached.

Round housing design and high rotor speed for perfect material flow
Thanks to the combination of the housing geometry and the high-speed rotor, which can reach speeds of up to 2,700 rpm, the shredded material is deposited behind the rear roller of the flail mower at a high throwing speed across the entire working width without turbulence or lumps – even when the grass is wet. The mulching process is thus encouraged and rotting is prevented.

The special rotor made of box section profile is a revolutionary technology in the field of mulching. The electronically finely balanced rotor ensures an outstanding cutting pattern with its vibration-free running. The enclosed rotor shaft is equipped with 2 freely suspended blades and is driven by three serrated V-belts.
Self-cleaning professional rear roller with high-tech slide bearing
The self-cleaning rear roller is designed to prevent material build-up and sticking to the roller. It is also height adjustable and rounded to protect the soil.
